Every artwork is drawn by a pen robot with real ink on real paper. The line drawing is done by the robot, not by hand; Mannii may finish some details by hand.

Each sheet is drawn line by line with real ink, so it has small variations. Artwork images on this site show real pieces we have drawn, presented in digital frame and room mock-ups; the real sheet may look slightly different.

Artworks are sold in person at cafes and markets in Thailand, and remotely through LINE orders and marketplaces such as Shopee. Prices are shown at the point of sale, in the LINE chat or on the marketplace listing.

Returns & refunds

No change-of-mind returns. We don't accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind.

If your piece arrives damaged, or isn't the piece you ordered, message us on LINE within 7 days of receiving it, with photos. We will repair it, replace it or refund you.

Orders placed on a marketplace (such as Shopee) follow that marketplace's return policy.

Custom orders

• Your promise. You own the photo or have permission to use it, and everyone in it agrees. It is not someone else's art, photo, logo, product design, character or a famous person. If this is untrue, you are responsible.

• What we refuse. We review every photo and may refuse any order without giving a reason, with a full refund. We refuse other people's work, logos, brand products, characters, celebrities, people who did not agree, nudity or sexual content, children unless the person ordering is their parent or guardian, victims or missing persons, royal, political or religious images, and anything illegal.

• How we use your photo. Only to make this order. We never use it for marketing, never share it and never sell it.

• Deletion. We delete the photo and our drawing files once we have checked the finished piece, at most 3 days after it is drawn (so we can redraw it if something goes wrong while drawing), or at once if the order is refused or cancelled. Unpaid orders are deleted after 7 days, and everything after 30 days at the latest. After deletion we cannot redraw it, so you would need to send the photo again. We keep the order record and a fingerprint of the photo that cannot be turned back into the image. Your name and contact details are deleted 90 days after the order ends. Payment records are kept as the law requires.

• Our systems. Photos are processed on our own systems and never sent to outside AI services. Order details are stored with our cloud provider (Microsoft Azure), which may be outside Thailand.

What you get when you buy

When you buy an artwork you own the physical sheet, and you may display it, keep it, give it away or resell that sheet. You also receive a personal licence to display the image of the artwork.

The images are made with AI-assisted tools, and Thai copyright law protects works made by human authors. For that reason Mazsy does not promise buyers exclusive copyright in the images. Buying an artwork does not give you the right to copy, print or use it commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.

These terms are provided in Thai and English. If they differ, the Thai version prevails.
