3. What data we collect

Approximate location (country, region, city) worked out from your IP address. The IP address itself is never stored. We keep only a one-way code made from it with a key that is deleted after that day, so the code cannot be turned back into your IP address or linked across days.

Checking your artwork: when you enter a code at /verify, the code is sent from our server to Mazsy's own artwork database (also hosted on Microsoft Azure, Southeast Asia / Singapore) to find the record. We do not store the code you typed. The record page you then see is counted in our visit statistics together with the artwork code, so we know which pieces get looked at. It is linked to your visitor ID only if you accepted cookies, and kept 13 months like other visit records. To stop code guessing, a one-way code made from your network address is kept in the server's memory for up to 1 hour (never written to disk).

Custom orders: if you send a custom order at /order, we collect your photo, name, email, phone number, chosen size and note, to make and deliver your custom drawing and to contact you. They are sent from our server to Mazsy's own order system (also hosted on Microsoft Azure, Southeast Asia / Singapore), and the owner sees them. They are not stored on the website server and are not used for visit statistics. Photos are processed on our own systems and never sent to outside AI services. When you tick the box we also record the time, the version of the Terms and a one-way code made from your network address (not the address itself) as proof of your confirmation. You pay on the payment page of Beam Checkout, our payment provider. Beam receives the order number and amount from us and the payment details you enter there, and tells us only whether the payment succeeded. We never see your card or bank account details. To stop abuse, a one-way code made from your network address is kept in the server's memory for up to 1 hour (never written to disk).

Preventing abuse: other forms and links also keep a one-way code made from your network address in the server's memory for up to 15 minutes. It is never stored on disk.

We keep the order record (order number, size, price, dates and status), the confirmation record and a fingerprint of the photo that cannot be turned back into the image. Your name, email, phone number and note are deleted 90 days after the order is finished, refused or cancelled; backups may keep them for up to 14 more days. Payment records are kept as the law requires.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask to access your data and get a copy, receive it in a portable form, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time.

To use these rights, contact us (see section 1). If you accepted cookies and want your records deleted, send us your visitor ID (the mz_vid cookie, visible in your browser's cookie settings) and we will delete the matching records. Records made without cookies cannot be linked to any person, so they cannot be looked up individually. We reply within 30 days.
